OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Database Hygiene & Augmentation – Under the supervision of the help improve data quality, add information including firmographics and demographics, and create new methods for data aggregation
• Reporting – Run basic reports on database quality to report progress, illustrate consistency, and communicate findings or issues for help and resolution
• Solving – Ability to understand and use various demographic sources and firmographic resources to update data either individually or provide data for larger scale updates to the rest of the team
• Innovation and recommendations – As part of the Marketing Analytics team be active in bringing new opportunities and ideas to continuously improve the ability to utilize our client database

What You Will bring:

• 5+ years of experience in an database research and update role
• 5+ Years experience working for a U.S. healthcare company or exposure to U.S. Healthcare data for doctors, hospitals and with insurance.
• 5+ year working knowledge of updating Hubspot and Salesforce with demographic and firmographic information.
• 5+ years experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or similar products.
• Highly exacting with a strong focus on data entry, consistency, and willingness to pursue difficult to find information.
• Passion for bringing process and structure to support critical database updates and attributes.
• Attention to detail—accurate data gathering, insightful analysis of all available sources, with the ability to manage multiple sources to update information.
• Must be a self-starter and willing to pursue information even directly.

education:

• Bachelor’s in marketing or business.
