What you’ll do: As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for 120Water, you’ll be the executive responsible for growing the enterprise value of the business through all functions of revenue including; new business, existing business, channel & partner sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CEO and ELT to develop and execute strategies that maximize high value revenue creation across customer segments and product lines.
  • Lead and manage the functions that generate new business, existing business and channel partner sales. Establish revenue targets, quotas and ongoing processes to ensure revenue goals are being met or exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.
  • Oversee revenue operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting. Establish corresponding KPI’s and regular reporting to the Board, ELT and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure sales and business development opportunities are meeting or exceeding targets to fill to achieve sufficient pipeline coverage.
  • Work closely with product and finance teams to ensure pricing and packaging is optimized to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities to grow high value revenue at 120Water. Qualifications:
  • Extensive 5+ years experience in sales leadership and execution. Growth equity experience is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate market trends and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth in previous roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform revenue strategies and decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Track record of delivering results and achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment and adapt to changing business priorities and market conditions.
