Your Impact:

As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will ensure we are creating processes and deliverables that help our new business and our existing business teams sell most effectively while delivering the optimal lifetime value to customers. The ideal candidate will have proven success leading sales enablement functions within technology organizations.

What you’ll do:

  • Work alongside Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and leadership to develop strategy and execute enablement initiatives
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs, including training sessions, workshops and onboarding programs for new hires
  • Create and maintain sales collateral, presentations, playbooks and other content to support the sales team throughout the buyer’s journey
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, operations and sales leadership to ensure alignment of sales enablement initiatives with overall business
  • Conduct regular needs assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps within the sales team and develop strategies to address them
  • Analyze sales performance data to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sales processes, methodologies, and tools, providing guidance and support to the sales team as needed
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to ensure our sales team remains competitive and knowledgeable
  • Work with leadership to plan impactful sales events and trainings

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in a sales enablement, sales operations or similar role within a fast-past and dynamic environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure success
  • Experience supporting a distributed sales team
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot or Salesforce), and sales enablement tools (e.g., sales content management, training platforms)
  • Experience creating product guides with the customer journey at the forefront
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across departments
  • Comfort speaking to all levels of sales professionals, including veteran enterprise sellers
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail
  • Certification in sales enablement (e.g., Certified Sales Enablement Professional) is a plus
