As the Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of Account Executives working to bring the next generation of employee engagement and performance software into the world’s best companies. A person who will excel in this role is equal parts tactical and strategic. The Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales should be adept at uncovering customer pain, building trust, selling based on value, and closing business. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must. This individual must also possess the ability to work effectively with cross-functional internal stakeholders to achieve aggressive sales targets.

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Develop into new markets, landing key accounts and nurturing potential customers in a similar role in SaaS competitive sales
  • Leverage your 8+ years of SaaS Sales experience to successfully plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Drive success into the 500-3000 segment
  • Build a repeatable motion that AE’s can replicate on a consistent basis
  • Foster relationships with prospects in order to understand their needs, uncover objections, and ensure their success
  • Approach all prospect and customer interactions with integrity, ensuring discretion and confidentiality when needed
  • Apply influence to customer conversations in support of sales reps
  • Achieve business growth targets through effective management and leadership of sales team
  • Mentor, develop, and inspire a team of sales professionals
  • Manage operations and address roadblocks to individual and company success
  • Align with Customer Success and Expansion Sales around cross-sell and up-sell and focus on selling with a retention focus
  • Develop departmental/team and individual OKRs/goals that align with team and company goals
  • Support direct reports in setting, tracking, and achievement of their individual OKRs, goals, metrics
  • Provide regular, consistent feedback to your team to support short-term and high-impact goals and values alignment
  • Encourage continuous learning within team and seek out ongoing opportunities for yourself to develop expertise and grow professionally and personally
  • Evangelize and role model company values, Senior Leadership Team messaging, company policies/guidelines, and tool and process usage

We benchmark all roles for compensation in ranges relative to the top half of the market of similar tech companies using up-to-date market data. Within the range, individual pay is determined by budget allocated for the role and additional factors, including job-related competencies and skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US job postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. The US new hire base salary range for this full-time role is $120,000-$162,000 + bonus or commissions + equity + benefits.
Note that base salary ranges are reviewed each year based on up-to-date market data, and team members who are performing are eligible for a merit increase, budget permitting.
