ROLE MISSION
Are you obsessed with marketing and eager to turn your insights into tangible impact? As a Demand Generation Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in driving demand, building pipeline, and boosting revenue through innovative digital marketing campaigns.
You will collaborate with our Marketing and Sales to develop innovative programs that drive leads into the sales funnel. This person will be responsible for building and managing lifecycle programs that engage and convert prospective customers at every stage of the funnel. This will include database and audience segmentation through a number of our digital channels; email, webinars, and survey.
This position requires a hands-on individual who can take projects from conception to execution, and has a proven track record of managing and delivering for the fast-paced B2B SaaS sector.
SCHEDULE / WORK LOCATION
Anywhere in the U.S.
This is a full-time remote position. The typical work week will be Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (flexible by PST, CST, or EST timezone).

What You'll Do
- Create and Execute Campaigns: Use your creativity and experience to design and launch cutting-edge digital campaigns that resonate with our target audience and achieve our team pipeline goals. Your work will directly contribute to filling the sales funnel with high-quality leads.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to develop groundbreaking programs that engage prospects and convert them into loyal customers. You'll have the opportunity to think outside the box and push the boundaries of traditional demand generation strategies.
- Focus on the Demand Generation Funnel: Build and manage lifecycle programs that captivate and convert potential customers at every stage of the funnel. Leverage your skills in database and audience segmentation across multiple digital channels, including email, webinars, and surveys.
- Optimize and Experiment: You’ll continually optimize digital program performance through rapid testing and experimentation, pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Your passion for improvement will ensure our campaigns are always cutting-edge.
- Communicate with Impact: Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will shine as you create content that resonates with audiences and clearly conveys our brand message.
- Analyze and Report: Your proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting will uncover valuable insights, driving data-informed decisions that fuel growth.
- Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Lead and coordinate projects across teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment towards shared goals. Your leadership will be key in driving success.
- Harness the full power of HubSpot: You'll wield HubSpot’s marketing automation tools with finesse, crafting seamless workflows, landing pages and emails to execute impactful campaigns.
Who You Are
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience that has prepared you for a dynamic demand generation role.
- Demand Generation Fanatic: 2-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles, ideally in a scrappy, startup B2B SaaS environment where you thrive on innovation and impact.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Experience with data analysis and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce, Google Analytics, webinar-hosting platforms, and WordPress.
- HubSpot Enthusiast: Extensive experience with HubSpot, using it to drive results and streamline processes.
- Demand Generation Guru: A deep understanding of demand generation KPIs, campaign reporting, and attribution that drives strategic decisions.
- Tech-Savvy Collaborator: Comfortable with Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and eager to learn new systems as needs arise to stay ahead of the curve.

We benchmark all roles for compensation in ranges relative to the top half of the market of similar tech companies using up-to-date market data. Within the range, individual pay is determined by budget allocated for the role and additional factors, including job-related competencies and skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US job postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. The US new hire base salary range for this full-time role is $73,000 - $83,000 + equity + benefits + company bonus eligibility.
Note that base salary ranges are reviewed each year based on up-to-date market data, and team members who are performing are eligible for a merit increase, budget permitting.
