We provide quality office furniture to businesses across Australia through our extensive network of loyal dealers in every state.We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our projects team. As the primary point of contact for orders under $10,000, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient order processing. We are looking for a candidate who embodies responsiveness, reliability, and adaptability. Your ability to seamlessly support our sales team and provide exceptional service to our valued customers will be instrumental in our continued success.Responsibilities:
  • Experience the efficiency of our world-class HarmoniQ ERP system as you enter and process sales orders
  • Demonstrate your attention to detail by meticulously checking and processing web orders in HarmoniQ
  • Be the reliable link between our project coordinators and the order processing workflow by promptly notifying them upon receipt of project orders
  • Ensure that orders are thoroughly reviewed, checked, and signed off before dispatch
  • Keep a close eye on outstanding orders, effectively communicating with our warehouse when necessary
  • Show your proactive nature as you manage our info email address, promptly responding to customer inquiries and expertly delegating other mail for action
  • Handle telephone reception duties and provide prompt and accurate responses to routine customer inquiries about our outstanding products and services
  • Provide customers with up-to-date pricing, stock levels, and order status
  • Engaging with customers about back orders, suggesting alternative products when needed, and ensuring their needs are met
  • Take ownership of customer inquiries and complaints, actively following through to resolution and leaving a lasting positive impression
  • Provide administrative support to our Sales Team whenever necessary
  • Play a key role in administering warranty claims
RequirementsSkills & Experience:
  • Bring a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
