• Construct furniture and joinery items according to established schedules, ensuring the appropriate level of production required
• Maintain material levels at the assembly site, highlighting any possible inconsistencies in product design and communicating them to the Factory Manager
• Uphold quality standards during the assembly process, ensuring the final product aligns with clients' expectations
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety (WHS) policies and procedures, reporting any safety issues or hazards promptly
• Keep the work area clean and monitor for any potential obstructions or risks
• Mentor and train apprentices and work with students as required, sharing your expertise and knowledge
• Identify and report machine or product issues to the Factory Manager to minimize the impact on production schedules
• Actively participate in performance appraisals as scheduled
