We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated full-time Administration Officer to join our office-based team in Pakenham. If you have a strong background in administration and are looking for an exciting new challenge, please read on.About The Role:
- Customer Service including answering incoming phone calls, responding to emails, parts enquiries
- Handle outbound telesales calls
- Monitoring of Website chat
- Invoicing & Debtor Follow Up
- Enter supplier bills into Accounting and save supplier bills in to Dropbox
- Place purchase orders with suppliers
- Maintain accurate inventory records in liaison with the warehouse staff
- Monitor and update the incoming stock database.
- End of Month Statement preparation and sending
- Solve challenges that may arise at any given moment and come up with suggestions to avoid them
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
- Systematically filing important company documents
- Register machine warranties and maintain a customer database
- Scheduling meetings
- At least 2 years of Administration experience
- General accounting experience
- Procurement Experience
- Great with clients and giving customer service
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, positive, and results orientated
