As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in our Customer Service Team supporting our customers with their inquiries and ensuring that our customers always receive the highest level of service.   • Handling incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers when required
  • Processing orders, payments and maintaining order entry accuracy at all times
  • Monitoring the shared sales inbox, actioning emails, and assigning leads to the sales team
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure our customers are regularly updated on their orders
  • Responding quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, payments, status, complaints and returns
  • Logging details of all customer interactions within the CRM system
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful, you must have:
  • Previous experience in Customer service or a similar role
  • Willingness to provide an exceptional customer experience and learn new skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, writing, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a small, tight-knit team and have a can-do attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably experience in programs such as MYOB, Xero, Exo
