We are a boutique B2B recruitment agency working in a defined niche with exponential growth opportunities. We are looking for a Skilled and Experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our fast team paced and growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing - Understand the profile of candidates that we require for each role and then utilise Seek Talent and LinkedIn Recruiter platforms to reach out to potential clients via the platforms, email and text to have them register their interest
• Head Hunt candidates by phoning them and engaging them and getting their interest in the role
• Conduct Paper Screening
• Conduct high volume of Initial Interviews and Hiring Manager Endorsement via Zoom
• Reference Checking - Making phone contact with references provided by the candidate and have them answer a set of questions
• Client Endorsement, Set up Client & Candidate F2F Meeting
• Job Offer Facilitation
• Weekly Report - Format weekly reports and ensure that they go to the client at the same day and time every week
• Upkeep of Workable - Our ATS
• Client Experience - Sending Welcome Hampers, Get candidate feedback

Requirements Recruiter Requirements:

• At least 3 years of International Recruitment Experience
• Excellent Verbal and Written English
• Experience Headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews - you will be interviewing Australian and Other International candidates
• Experience with recruitment processes and databases (Workable)
• Multitasker, but knows how to manage priorities
• Must have previous experience working remotely
• High attention to detail
• Self-Starter
• Customer Service Mindset
• Good decision-making skills
• Process-driven and ability to follow processes sensibly
