• Generating Opportunities and Sales: Your primary focus will be on direct industrial business, where you will identify and develop new opportunities, fostering growth and profitability for the branch
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
• Maintaining Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention
• Equipment Demonstration: Demonstrate our equipment to clients as needed, guiding them through the sales process and showcasing the capabilities of our products
• Data Management: Enter relevant and necessary data into our CRM system (100% Salesforce adoption) to streamline processes and track your progress
• Work Autonomously: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, staying self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Product Knowledge: Understand and demonstrate the operations of both small and large equipment, providing expert guidance to clients
• Equipment Handling: Be competent in the loading, securing, and towing of trailers to ensure safe and efficient equipment transport
• Branch Appearance: Collaborate with your team to maintain a professional and welcoming branch appearance at all times

RequirementsQualifications and Skills:
