We specialize in designing, certifying, and building innovative and fit-for-purpose transport and storage solutions based on world-class engineering.Role Overview:As a Business Development Manager at Daywalk, you will be the driving force behind our expansion efforts in South Eastern Queensland. Your responsibility will be to identify, open, and cultivate new business relationships with Industry workshops and facilities while nurturing existing ones. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy and contributing to the achievement of our ambitious targets.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with Daywalk's core values of Strength, Care, and Motion
- Identify and engage in cold calling with potential clients, building rapport and understanding their needs and pain points and demonstrating the product range
- Nurture existing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Daywalk in a professional and positive manner at industry events, conferences, and meetings
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase Daywalk's offerings and value proposition
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities in the Hubspot CRM system
- Ability to travel throughout the South East Queensland area
- Operational & Manufacturing background is beneficial
- Ability to attend the Crestmead office when not F2F with clients
- Proven track record in business development, with demonstrable success in driving revenue growth
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong alignment with Daywalk's core values of Strength, Care, and Motion
- Comfortable spending approximately 60% of working hours engaging with clients face-to-face
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable plans
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

- Salary Package: $100,000-$120,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Commission
