We specialize in a wide range of projects, including road and pedestrian bridge construction, boardwalks, jetties, footpaths, landscaping, and other open space infrastructure developments.About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by providing accurate estimations for civil and construction projects. You will work closely with regional councils, schools, owners, developers, builders, and contractors.Responsibilities:Estimation Duties:

• Utilize your expertise in estimating to accurately assess project costs and prepare competitive bids and proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data and insights for precise project evaluations
• Oversee and evaluate the estimation process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements
• Provide ongoing support during project execution, collaborating with the project management team to ensure that the estimated costs align with the actual costs incurred during construction
• Monitor project progress and financials, identifying any potential deviations from the initial estimation and working with the team to address them proactively

Relationship Management:

• Act as the point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to project completion
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, objectives, and project requirements to provide tailored and value-driven solutions
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to keep them informed about project progress, milestones, and any potential changes or challenges
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Participate in project meetings, providing valuable insights and data related to cost estimates, budgets, and profitability

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Estimator within the civil infrastructure and construction sectors
• Proven track record of providing accurate estimations and contributing to successful project bids
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong analytical acumen, with the ability to analyze market data and customer feedback
• Practical understanding of manufacturing for the built environment and the estimation process
• Commitment to maintaining an up-to-date CRM and proficiency in business systems and processes
