INSKA is an ambitious B2B Marketing Growth agency and is looking for an enthusiastic Strategic Account Manager ideally located in Auckland to look after our North Island Clients and who has broad knowledge and understanding of Digital & Creative marketing strategies.Working from your home office, this role is for you if you're an expert in execution with solid experience in account management and able to juggle competing demands manage pressure and engage closely with our clients to drive growth. Typically our clients are B2B, many with a longer marketing & sales cycle given larger capex products & solutions.As a member of a growing team, you will be working with an exciting group of accounts that will utilise your strategic mind and will be working very closely with our Digital & Creative Teams that are all crazy talented. You will be under the mentorship of an Operations Manager and have the support of CEO & Head of Digital.Your day-to-day responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:
  • Developing a deep understanding of client's business and tailoring our multidisciplinary services to meet their individual objectives
  • Direct communication with multiple clients on the phone, email and face-to-face
  • Managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem-solving, and responding to requests
  • Taking client communication briefs and, where required, supporting with drafting creative briefs
  • Presenting and selling creative work
  • Managing workflow so client work is delivered on time and exceeds expectations
  • Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these
  • Identifying ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities
  • Strategizing with our team of digital marketing specialists to plan and optimizing campaigns
  • Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions
  • Effectively managing client budgets and working with Finance to bill clients accurately
RequirementsEssential skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years in account management preferably in a marketing agency
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Organised, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Able to juggle competing demands and accept pressure with equanimity
  • Personable, and able to work effectively with a variety of different people
  • Effective communicators, both verbally and in writing
  • Persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback
  • Flexible, and able to solve problems
  • Resilient and positive in difficult situations
  • Ambition and keenness to grow and develop with our organisation
