  • Cultivate strong client relationships for loyalty
  • Collaborate on goal-driven plans
  • Develop business strategies for quotas and targets
New Business Development:
  • Identify and nurture new business leads
  • Utilize CRM for growth opportunities
  • Facilitate onboarding of new clients
Client Engagement and Support:
  • Maintain regular client contact to understand and address needs
  • Assist in prompt problem-solving through various channels
  • Manage complaints for positive client experience
Operational Excellence:
  • Handle client calls, process orders, and provide updates
  • Coordinate with production and procurement for orders
  • Offer technical solutions and communicate information
Premium Client Focus:
  • Establish arrangements for high-tier clients
  • Coordinate samples and administrative details
Requirements What do you need?You will align with and live our company values of doing things right for the customer, staying accountable to them and each other while always exhibiting professional behaviour. Doing things right the first time, being a team player, passionate about Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in operations/account management, customer service, internal sales, or a similar relationship management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields preferred
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Commercially-minded and excited about developing new businesses
  • Experience in prospect and cold calling
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to problem-solve
  • A true professional with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, confident, reliable and solution-focused
  • High empathy and able to work in a team
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
