Allshelter specialise in providing Shelter Solutions to clients in the Mining, Industrial, and Construction sectors. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Project Sales Support professional to join our Toowoomba team.Role Overview:As a Project Sales Support team member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, working closely with our Shelter Specialists to provide exceptional service to our valued clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Sales Team in project discovery, design, and presentations, aligning customer requirements with effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to create costings, drawings, and proposals to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Serve as a point of contact between customers and the Project Sales Team, facilitating clear communication
- Organize and document customer and internal meetings as needed
- Accurately relay field sketches and job information to the design and drawings team
- Support the project sales team leader in generating reports for leadership and management teams
- Manage and respond to customer Tender/Request for Proposal requests, coordinating with internal teams for feasibility
- Ensure that all Proposals and Tenders are presented accurately and professionally in a timely manner
- Collaborate with our Commercial and Operations teams to identify and review contractual requirements in customer-supplied contracts
- Provide occasional assistance with project delivery
- Be prepared for possible interstate and remote travel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Office Suite for documentation and presentations
- Maintain CRM records and report all calls and updates
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt

- Confidence in communicating project details with customers and participating in meetings

- Remuneration package of: AUD $80-$100,000 + Super
