\nPosition Responsibilities:

- Lead evaluation of rebate performance and perform client-level and book-of-business reconciliation analyses \n
- Lead continued development and maintenance of rebate reporting infrastructure \n
- Perform analysis of current and prospective vendor partnerships \n
- Collaborate with other business functions (clinical, underwriting, finance) to design, refine, and maintain internal reporting, modeling, and SOPs \n
- Support general business needs, as required \n
Required Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Undergraduate bachelor’s degree, with a record of strong academic performance in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration \n
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial/data analysis, actuarial services, accounting, pricing & underwriting \n
- The ideal candidate will understand pharmacy pricing dynamics and have experience evaluating the financial performance of pharmacy plans \n
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data \n
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools (Python experience preferred though not required) \n
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing deliverables \n
- Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously \n
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills \n
- Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily \n
Base Salary: $80,000 - $105,000
\nThis range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the NY - based position. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
