Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and effectively communicating the value of our digital payments and engagement program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive outreach, research, and lead generation activities
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and turn them into qualified opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our suite of financial solutions, platforms, rewards programs, and payroll services
  • Effectively communicate and craft assessments and engage in consultative selling to understand clients' challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Showcase product demos and highlight key features and benefits.
  • Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage a high volume of leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with the broader sales team, including Account Executives, to ensure a seamless transition of qualified opportunities.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the fintech industry
  • Strong understanding of financial solutions, platforms, rewards programs, and payroll services
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
