Position Summary
As a Manager of Enterprise Implementations, you will play a critical role in onboarding our enterprise clients and being responsible for the execution of high-quality and timely client/reseller onboarding projects from kick-off through launch. You are a vital part of Dash's system and strategy, serving alongside the Client Success Manager as the first touchpoint following the sales cycle, setting the tone for a client's relationship with Dash. You will create and manage detailed project plans while collaborating with key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Sales, and Partnerships to drive successful outcomes. This highly visible and cross-functional role demands strategic thinking, exceptional organization, and meticulous execution to ensure client and company success.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Implementation:
- Lead the successful implementation of payment programs, including prepaid cards, push-to-debit, ACH, and other payment modalities.
- Ensure compliance with the PMO framework by adhering to established standards for project planning, communication, and management of project documentation and artifacts.
- Understand client’s business goals and priorities for the program to develop and manage comprehensive tailored project plans to include development, configuration, and comprehensive rollout plans.
- Proactively identify technical and procedural client needs and develop, articulate, and drive toward best practice appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with client and Client Success Manager regarding administrative needs and ongoing reporting to ensure the client knows and understands best practices and available resources.
- Create a professional, white glove experience for the client/reseller through every interaction.
Communication
- Tailor and implement communication strategies as needed to keep all stakeholders, including clients and resellers, informed of progress, key milestones, and deliverables, while ensuring all timelines and objectives are met.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Establish a regular cadence with the client/reseller to ensure project progress.
- Manage scope changes, assess implications, and communicate with stakeholders as necessary.
- Identify risks, address obstacles, and resolve issues in collaboration with the client or/and internal teams.
Product Knowledge & Technical Integration
- Develop and maintain expertise in Dash products with a keen focus on user touch points.
- Educate clients on products and platforms through demonstrations and training sessions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to support seamless technical integrations.
- Configure and test internal systems to ensure program requirements are met.
Operational Excellence
- Establish communication and operational cadences to ensure accountability and successful program delivery.
- Drive continuous process improvement and create standardized onboarding playbooks.
- Actively contribute to team documentation and training for consistent implementation practices.
- Measure program implementation success through surveying the clients and the NPS score.
- Collaborate effectively with the Client Success Manager or Specialist throughout the implementation process to align on project milestones, share critical knowledge, and facilitate a smooth transition to post-launch operations.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing onboarding role using implementation or project management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience with implementations on multiple platforms and systems.
- Experience with project management tools/software (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project), with a strong understanding of project lifecycle methodology and management principles; Project Management certification highly desired.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with the payment industry ecosystem is preferred.
