Position Summary

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the accounting functions for the Company and assist with monthly and year-end close process. Individual will assist in the preparation of US GAAP financials monthly, perform daily and weekly accounting tasks, and help to continually improve the financial processes and controls of the organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Facilitate and prepare month-end and year-end journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
• Analyze revenue, commissions, and expenses to ensure accuracy and report on variance.

• Assist with external auditors and annual audit preparation.
• Help to improve NetSuite reporting and automation.
• Manage AR process to ensure customers are invoiced in an accurate and timely manner.

• Manage AR collections.
• Manage AP process to ensure vendor invoices are properly recorded and paid.
• Assist with year-end audit.
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
• Assist with budget preparation.
• Run and reconcile various internal reports.
• Other Accounting and Finance duties as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required.

• Working knowledge of GAAP

• 3+ years of operational accounting experience in a technology or services company

• Public Accounting Audit experience and CPA preferred.

• Hands-on, proactive, takes initiative in problem solving, and is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to communicate with all levels from internal staff to external customers.

• NetSuite and advanced Excel skills including V-lookups and pivot tables.
