Position Summary:
The Labs Systems Project Manager partners directly with the Delivery Operations Manager and collaborates with all teams in the Labs org, to support the successful operation and adoption of Labs-wide systems, primarily Monday.com. This role focuses on enabling consistent, scalable, and effective use of shared tools and workflows across all Labs teams.
This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role that sits at the intersection of systems enablement, project management best practices, and change management. The Labs Systems PM is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Labs systems, ensuring they remain clean, current, and effective. This role plays a key part in driving adoption and consistent usage across Labs teams, while remaining flexible enough to support other high-priority projects as needs and priorities evolve.
Essential Job Functions “What You’ll Do”:
Systems Enablement & Stewardship
- Support the Delivery Operations Manager in the rollout and evolution of standardized Monday.com implementations and workflows across Labs
- Provide thoughtful input and feedback on system design to support scalability, flexibility, and usability
- Manage the day-to-day operation, configuration, and upkeep of Labs tools, including Monday.com workflows
- Partner with Monday.com administrators to support Salesforce integration and ongoing system health
Adoption & Change Management
- Drive consistent adoption and effective use of Monday.com (and other tools) across teams through collaboration and influence
- Work closely with Labs team leads to support understanding, proper application, and regular usage of tools
- Develop training materials, documentation, and best practices to support enablement
- Monitor usage patterns, identify friction points, and proactively address adoption challenges
Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Regularly evaluate how the Labs teams implementations of Monday.com are functioning in practice
- Identify and recommend enhancements based on team feedback, usage data, and evolving Labs needs
- Help ensure Monday.com continue to support Labs priorities as teams, workflows, and projects change
Project Management & Leadership Support
- Apply strong project management discipline to systems-related efforts, including planning, coordination, and communication
- Support additional Labs initiatives led by senior leadership as priorities shift
- Act as a reliable execution partner to the VP of Labs, helping translate strategic direction into well-supported operational practices
What Success Looks Like
- Labs teams consistently use shared systems in ways that support visibility, collaboration, and execution
- Labs leadership has confidence in system health, adoption, and scalability
- Monday.com workflows are well-maintained, intuitive, and aligned across Labs
- Salesforce integrations provide accurate, dependable insight into Labs work
- Time tracking through Toggl is widely adopted and applied consistently
- Teams feel supported and enabled by systems, not constrained by them
Essential Qualifications “What You’ll Need”:
- Expert or near-expert proficiency in monday.com (including workflow design, automation, dashboards, and system architecture)
- Expert or near-expert proficiency in Salesforce.com (administration, reporting, workflow automation, and cross-functional configuration)
- Strong working knowledge of systems integration and automation platforms such as Make (Integromat), Tray.io, or Zapier
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and optimizing cross-platform workflows and data integrations
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, automated system solutions
