Bookkeeping Responsibilities: | - Manage billing/accounts payable for multiple partnership entities using automated AP software solution, AvidXchange
- Bookkeeping for multiple partnership entities including, but not limited to, monthly bank reconciliations and posting adjusting journal entries as needed
- Manage and monitor employee expense reporting to ensure timely and accurate submissions using expense management software solution, Concur Solutions
- Work with tax professionals to compile and prepare annual Form 1099s for multiple partnership entities
- Act as liaison between employees and third-party IT service provider, manage/work with CFO on general day-to-day IT needs and issues
- Work with CFO on other ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Office Operations Responsibilities: | - Order and maintain stock of kitchen and office related supplies
- Serve as primary point of contact with building landlord, operations and security staff, e.g., deliveries, cleaning crew, access control
- Serve as IT Coordinator, managing relationship and troubleshooting, as needed, with outsourced IT and audio-visual vendors
- Partner with Marketing and Executive Assistants on Edison events
- General administrative duties as needed, including, but not limited to database maintenance and reporting

Candidate Requirements: | - At least three years of basic finance and operations experience
- Associates degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- A ”whatever it takes” work ethic; a team player, highly adaptable to the needs of the organization and employees
- Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, moving quickly and superb at driving execution
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
- Experience working with QuickBooks
- Experience with AP and employee expense reporting software solutions; AvidXchange and Concur Solutions experience a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written, communication skills
