The Role

As a Solution Engineer on the Product Integration team, you’ll get to help lead the design, implementation, and strategic integrations our clients leverage to go live on the Elligint Health platform. Through the combination of tools and technology, you will be a core point of contact, as well as a trusted technical leader that helps each iteration become better than the last.

Reporting to the VP of Product -Integration & Partnerships, you’ll get a chance to work with a cross-functional team that spans across all aspects of the business. Your willingness to learn and get exposure to the entire client life cycle will enable you to have the practical experience that carries into client design and execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze & Design: Review integration and business requirements to help design reusable patterns to get clients onto the platform faster.
  • Build: Leverage Elligint Health internal tools and teams to help onboard clients through our data process. Getting hands on to scope, test, and execute configurations.
  • Add process & best practices: Organize and spot patterns of redundancy for standardizing the process to help move subsequent clients faster through the implementation.
  • Be a source of expertise in real-time: Implementations vary from one client to another and providing best practice recommendations and solutions is key to maintaining sucess as project scope grows or changes during a project.
  • Co-pilot on projects: Serving as a technical liaison for the client as well as a trusted partner for project managers and other EH colleagues. Ability to confidently lead a call when needed.
  • Empower through documentation: The ability to scale through proper documentation and process is a must. Customers commonly communicate and leverage published materials through a company wiki, and areas of expertise and instruction are required to disseminate knowledge internally and externally.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Technical background, either in formal study or practical experience
  • Programming experience with modern scripting languages (TypeScript, Python, JS)
  • Experience in system-based design or configuration, ideally within the integration or ETL space (Healthcare Tech preferred)
  • Healthcare technology background (Hospital, Health System, Insurer, or related)
  • Ability to work with structured data formats (JSON, CSV, XML) and healthcare formats/standards (Hl7, FHIR, CCDAs) is a plus
  • Ability to problem solve using existing tools and capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to speak to technical, project, and executive team members.
  • Must reside in the U.S.; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with data workflow/orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with secure data handling (HIPAA, PHI)
  • Experience using Jira/Confluence for development and wiki documentation
  • Experience working with development teams to provide feedback and ideas based on structured product requirements and use-case.
