We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a critical part of the team, you will play a key role in driving growth, expansion, and sales success. You will be responsible for managing a shared quota with a focus on engaging existing customers on expansion opportunities and other transactional activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a shared quota with senior territory managers, driving growth and expansion within existing customers
  • Engage with existing customers to identify expansion opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solution Engineers, Channel Partners, Customer Success Managers, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Sales Development, to ensure seamless sales activities and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and needs, in order to provide tailored solutions and support
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing documents to customers, with a high degree of professionalism and quality
  • Work closely with Customer Success teams to expand relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of work experience in sales, management, key account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals and objectives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on attention to detail and timely execution
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
