Sales Operations Specialist

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Revenue/Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations team.

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Field Effect, you will:

• Work collaboratively with global sales and external partner teams to create quotations, generate and process new and renewal sales orders
• Monitor and report on daily order fulfillment metrics
• Ensuring timely and accurate CRM data updates including de-duplication, merging and other data activities
• Assisting with lead management, and reporting within CRM
• Develop workflow documentation and highlight areas of process improvement
• Assisting with organizing sales events such as Sales Kick-Off and quarterly updates
• Provide general team support

Experience & skills we look for:

• 3 + years' experience supporting global sales teams to create quotations, generate and process new and renewal sales orders

• Post secondary degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Extensive MS Office skills
• Experience with marketing and sales technology such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools
• Experience with PowerBI or other reporting software
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail with ability to execute multiple initiatives and deliver against deadlines
• Drive to succeed and participate in the growth of a fast-paced company
