Gambling.com Group is seeking a highly motivated AdOps Specialist to manage the end-to-end brand management process within our organization. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless setup and maintenance of our brands across multiple sites and states, supporting our growing presence in the U.S. market.

As an AdOps Specialist, you will work closely with internal teams to drive operational efficiencies, coordinate site and feature launches, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor in a fast-paced and evolving industry.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Management: Oversee the entire brand management process, including initial setup on our Content Management System (CMS) and ongoing maintenance across multiple platforms.
  • US Market Expansion: Collaborate with U.S. teams to support new site launches, feature deployments, and general troubleshooting to enhance our market presence.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders across various disciplines and levels of seniority to align on team and company objectives.
  • Project Execution: Lead and complete quarterly projects that drive efficiencies and improvements across different operational areas.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Provide timely assistance and solutions to requests from internal partners to optimize processes and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Hybrid - must be a commutable distance to our Charlotte, NC office
  • Experience in Ad Operations, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management within the online gaming, betting, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and an understanding of digital media platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
