Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the training and management of assigned Account Managers.
  • Take full ownership of the training process for new Account Manager hires, including the development and maintenance of a Sales Training Manual.
  • Supporting the Sales Director and other key commercial stakeholders with the creation, advancement, and execution of strategic plans to drive new and existing revenue.
  • Support and mentor Account Managers to actively manage rankings, op-lists and offers to ensure the highest performing brands, bonuses and landing pages are in use at all possible times, on all channels under your ownership.
  • Work closely with all Commercial Leads to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information and strategy execution on all related assets.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with key partners, providing tailored account management services to enhance their effectiveness and performance evaluation.
  • Conduct and report on ongoing competitor analysis and engage in proactive sales outreach to develop new business and support product marketing efforts.
  • Create regular operator KPI reports for designated GEOs, highlighting performance and communicate key changes effectively to the Sales Director.
  • Responsible for managing and owning the fixed fee process for designated GEOs, with a focus on continuous optimization of all sites. Collaborate with the Sales Director on key decisions each month.
  • Stay updated on regulations, market intelligence, and player values in designated GEOs to ensure compliance and seize growth opportunities, ensuring that all intelligence is published and distributed to key commercial stakeholders.
  • Take charge of managing and allocating certain team projects assigned by the Sales Director or VP of Commercial
  • Collaborate with Vertical Leads to ensure Account Managers are effectively optimizing all properties within their respective geographic regions

Requirements:

  • 4+ Years Account Management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Account Management experience across Non – English regulated gaming markets.
  • Online gambling industry experience essential
  • Team Management experience is essential.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Target driven and goal oriented.
  • Proven track record in establishing strong, long-lasting client relationships.
