The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and enhancing HR operations within the United States. This position is responsible for managing HR administration, ensuring compliance, maintaining HR systems, and assisting with a range of people-related initiatives and projects across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates HR administration in the United States including onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring legal compliance (e.g., right to work documentation, I-9, E-Verify).
  • Respond to employee HR-related queries across the U.S.
  • Maintain and regularly audit internal databases (e.g., annual leave, sick leave, disciplinary records).
  • Coordinate with the HR Operations Manager to ensure the HRIS (hiBob) is up to date and support system improvements.
  • Assist in preparing and managing HR documents including employment contracts, contract addendums, new hire guides, and training materials.
  • Provide project coordination support for HR initiatives and events.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and broader people programs in conjunction with the Employee Experience Team.
  • Liaise with external partners such as insurance vendors to ensure compliance and competitive benefit offerings.
  • Conduct benchmarking and research to enhance employee compensation and benefits plans.
  • Administer LinkedIn Learning and support manager training programs within the U.S.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics and project outcomes.
  • Perform background checks and manage compliance processes.
  • Carry out other HR-related ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in HR coordination or generalist roles, preferably in a multi-regional organization.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms (preferably hiBob & Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • MUST be able to attend Charlotte, NC office at least 1x per week
