Sports betting is live in North Carolina — and we’re making game nights bigger, louder, and way more fun. Your mission? Help build and assist a crew of Brand Ambassadors who light up local bars, chat with sports fans, and get them signed up with our partnered sports betting apps. You’ll help kick things off in Charlotte, then roll out the playbook nationwide.

About the Role

We need a natural leader who loves people, thrives on energy, and knows how to build teams that deliver. You’ll initially be helping with recruiting, training, and assisting our team of Brand Ambassadors in Charlotte — teaching them how to spark conversations, pitch our exclusive sports betting welcome offers across our network of partner bars, and help customers lock in their signups. Once you’ve helped get Charlotte humming, you’ll help us copy the model in new states.

If you’ve run field teams before (sales, marketing, direct-to-consumer), know how to motivate people in real-life environments, and love the thrill of building something scalable, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do

  • Help recruit, train, and assist a rockstar team of Brand Ambassadors to help folks claim their welcome offers from our partner sportsbooks.
  • Coach and motivate your crew to smash signup goals while keeping energy high.
  • Assist in building systems and playbooks in Charlotte — then help us clone success in new states.
  • Grow our network: help lock in new bar partnerships and expand our footprint.
  • Keep things running smooth: manage schedules, staff coverage, and training.
  • Track performance, tweak strategy, and keep signups growing.
  • Bring the hype: test fun, creative ways to boost engagement and signups.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’ve built and managed teams of Brand Ambassadors before — ideally in sales, field marketing, or people-driven businesses.
  • You know how to recruit fast, train effectively, and keep a steady pipeline of talent.
  • Outgoing, positive, and not afraid to strike up conversations with strangers.
  • Great at building relationships — whether it’s with your team, bar managers, or partners.
  • Flexible and ready for the nightlife — evenings and weekends are game time.

What You Need

  • 21+ and based in NC.
  • Valid driver’s license and freedom to travel around NC.
  • Bonus: love sports? Even better — but enthusiasm is what counts most.
