Responsibilities:
- Support the CRM strategy across all communications; E-mail, SMS & Web Push
- Interpret department KPIs and targets into tangible CRM actions
- Build and develop automated customer journeys for new acquisition paid media and re-targeting.
- Building & testing new dynamic content for emails
- Work across a number of different GEO locations & brands
- Reporting on performance on a monthly basis, sharing insights with wider team
- Running A/B tests across multiple touch points
- Manage email and SMS segmentation.
- Ad-hoc emails for Giveaways, big sporting events and targeted offers
- Landing page builds and optimization
- Manage automation flow, review, learn and optimise.
- Explore ways to improve engagement & conversion rate from communications.
- Maintain the quality of the database ensuring its effective segmentation for personalised content/sales.
- Monitor key CRM performance metrics and KPIs
- Maintain high levels of GDPR compliance and ensure best practices are upheld and improved where necessary.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of supporting and executing successful, data-driven CRM strategies
- Strong preference for experience in online gaming or affiliate websites
- Expertise in player segmentation, lifecycle marketing, personalization, and marketing automation.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization and optimization.
- Strong hands-on experience with leading CRM platforms (Bloomreach, OptiMove, Salesforce etc)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders
- A good understanding of the online gambling environment, player behaviors, and industry trends.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, responsible gaming) and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
