We are looking for a technical Information Security Manager to assist with internal & external project delivery. The Information Security Manager is a member the group technology team, managing system security, advising and implementing policies and processes to comply with best practice security frameworks as well as managing incident response plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall Cloud security in particular AWS Organisation level security and Cloudflare
  • Proactively identify and solve potential and actual security problems
  • Manage the Security team and assign related activities
  • Set and manage information security protocols and policies to maintain best practice
  • Manage Cyber Incident responses and reporting
  • Oversee the risks associated with the development environment updating the Technology Risk Register
  • Ensure the compliance with security frameworks such as Cyber Essentials, ISO27001, NIST and PCI-DSS
  • Plan and execute Information security training for employees where necessary
  • Responsible for regularly reporting to relevant stakeholders with updates on security stance
  • Support internal and external auditors in their duties to test group compliance
  • Drive incremental changes that improve the security posture and internal processes
  • Train new hires and the team to ensure they have the right knowledge to develop
  • Stay up to date with the trends, security development and adhere to continuous improvement practices
  • Manage requests for enhancements in collaboration with the Director of Infrastructure & Security

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a similar Information security position
  • At least 3 years hands on AWS experience and deep knowledge of Security Groups, Guard Duty, Security Hub, IAM
  • Beneficial to know about Container/Microservice Architecture, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps
  • Knowledge of Security Management Frameworks Including Cyber Essentials, ISO27001 and NIST
  • Advantage to have knowledge of PCI-DSS Compliance
  • An AWS Security certification is preferred
  • Full and up to date knowledge of Information security landscape
