We are seeking an experienced Web Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in GA4 Analytics, Google Analytics, CRO and AB testing, Google Tag Management(GTM), Google Search Console( GSC), pixel tracking/placement, as well as a passion for leveraging data insights to enhance digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of website data using GA4 and other relevant tools such as Google Tag Management(GTM), Google Search Console( GSC), and other tools, to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track website performance, and evaluate user behavior
  • Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, commercial, SEO, content, web developers, and UX designers, to optimize website performance and user experience
  • Perform conversion rate optimization (CRO) analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies to enhance website conversion rates
  • Suggest A/B and multivariate testing to evaluate the effectiveness of website changes and provide actionable recommendations
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic patterns, user journeys, and funnel performance to identify areas of opportunity and potential bottlenecks
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in web analytics to continuously enhance data analysis methodologies and capabilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, define tracking requirements, and provide data-driven insights to support their digital marketing strategies
  • Support the implementation and configuration of GA4 Analytics tracking codes, tags, and events to ensure accurate data collection
  • Train and educate internal teams on web analytics tools, methodologies, and best practices to foster a data-driven culture within the organization
  • Help the SEO team to conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for outranking competitors in organic search results
  • Integrate data from GSC, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools with other marketing data sources, such as web analytics platforms or CRM systems, to provide a holistic view of marketing performance
  • Analyze and report on the impact of SEO initiatives and provide insights to stakeholders on organic search performance and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Web Analyst or similar role, specializing in GA4, Google Analytics, and CRO
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights
  • Proficiency in working with GA4 and Google Analytics, Google Tag Management(GTM), Google Search Console( GSC) including advanced features such as custom dimensions, events, and segments
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and experience implementing A/B and multivariate tests
  • Familiarity with web technologies, HTML, JavaScript, and tag management systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data-driven insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify data-driven solutions
  • Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) and Google Analytics for Power Users
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Keyword Planner.
