We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media professional to join our team at the Gambling.com Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideating, implementing and executing social media strategy across various platforms for one of our flagship brands.

The candidate will work closely with the Content Marketing, PR and Brand teams to increase our brand awareness and engagement with our target audience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices. They will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to create compelling content. The candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms aligning with our overall brand strategy.
  • Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling daily content.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and report to stakeholders on social media metrics
  • Develop strategy that drives engagement and social media following
  • Introduce process and policy around internal teams’ collaboration with our social channels ensuring brand consistency and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute integrated campaigns
  • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations with relevant influencers and brands
  • Be the community manager for all our social media platforms

Requirements:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent or related field qualification
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management
  • Proficient in using, promoting and handling campaigns across social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to create engaging content.
  • Experience with social media analytics and stakeholder reporting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team for collaboration projects
  • Passion for the entertainment and gambling industry and general understanding of responsible gambling practices
