We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a proven track record in managing complex projects in an AWS environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of AWS services. The role involves overseeing and coordinating multiple cross-team dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Utilize project management methodologies to drive successful project delivery.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, fostering collaboration and communication.
• Work closely with various technical teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.
• Mitigate risks associated with cross-team dependencies and provide timely resolutions.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
• Ensure clear and concise communication to facilitate decision-making processes.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track project success.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
• Conduct regular project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with a focus on AWS.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and infrastructure.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and make informed decisions.
