We are currently building out our finance team and looking for two financial analysts to join our team in Serbia, this role is to support the FP&A function in delivering financial insights across our fast-growing organisation. The successful candidates must demonstrate performance analysis experience & an ability to partner with stakeholders.


  • Publish monthly management reporting packs for our Business Units & Finance Leadership
  • Partner with our Business Unit management to understand variances and trends in their P&Ls
  • Support FP&A team in monthly & quarterly financial submissions to Board
  • Support Budget & Forecast process, ensuring quality of all financial & non-financial inputs
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis for our Business Units & Finance Leadership
  • Support FP&A reporting & processes optimisation projects


  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Mathematics
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
  • Full or partial professional qualification in Managerial Accounting/Accounting (CIMA or ACCA) would be considered a plus
  • 5 years of working experience in Financial / FP&A roles
  • Knowledge of Netsuite or other ERP systems would be considered an advantage.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • BI Reporting system experience an advantage
  • Team player, ability to work in a cross functional team.
