Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Outreach specialists to create new backlinks each month to company properties.
  • Ability to use a CRM to deliver emails.
  • Understand competitive link research.
  • Organize the relationship between content writers and the outreach specialist team.
  • Deliver the minimum target links in a month period as notified on the quarterly basis.
  • Coordinate and attend daily stand-up meetings and weekly 1:1 coaching.
  • Track the effectiveness of link activities, gather feedback, and analyse data to continuously improve strategies and measure impact.

Requirements

  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Proven experience in outreach, public relations, or engagement role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful outreach initiatives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
