We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality web applications. This role involves leading a team of developers, managing web projects from conception to completion, and driving technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of web developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Project Oversight: Lead the planning, development, and deployment of web projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical direction and support, ensuring the use of best practices in web development.
• Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient web architectures.
• Code Quality: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA, to align development efforts with business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in web development and advocate for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in backend web development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong expertise in backend technologies such as PHP, Node.js, Laravel, or similar frameworks.
• Proficient in working with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Experienced in designing and implementing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
