We are currently seeking an experienced People Partner to join our European People Partner team for a 10 month Maternity leave cover.
Responsibilities
- Develop coaching relationships with vertical managers to build their capability
- Responsible for managing Employee Relations issues by providing advice and training to managers, ensuring legislation is followed and liaising with legal advisors where necessary
- Proactively drive the roll out of performance management, including developing appropriate templates and processes, providing training, coaching and support to vertical leads and managers
- Ensure proper implementation, support, guidance and execution of core People programs and initiatives for stakeholders within your business areas.
- Ownership of Manager training within assigned vertical
- Ownership of workforce planning process for your assigned business areas and support on change programmes and restructures
- Ownership of Learning & Development management within your assigned verticals including support, guidance, and maintenance of the career progression framework
- Together with the other Group People Partners, provide a breakdown of monthly, quarterly, and annual people related metrics in the form of presentation
- Participate actively in People Partner team discussions around People Team processes and program reviews and provide solution focused feedback.
- Collaborate with the HR Operations, Recruitment, and Internal Communications to deliver the People team strategy
- Ad hoc projects to support the wider HR team
