We are currently searching for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Ireland or the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to staff.
  • Address HR queries as they arise daily.
  • Coordinate and delegate queries to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and support onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes across our European locations.
  • Help draft, update, and communicate HR policies.
  • Support the management of various employee benefits programs, such as group insurance and pensions, ensuring benefit platforms are up to date.
  • Collaborate with the payroll and operations teams to address payroll changes and benefit queries.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers as needed.
  • Assist the People Team with planning offsite events.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as they arise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator.
  • Experience and knowledge in UK/Irish Employment Law
  • Knowledge of human resources operations and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Additional training and certification in Human Resource Management (CIPD) is advantageous.
