We have a paid internship opportunity for someone who is bright, energetic, and reliable to join our team as a Support Intern and play a vital role in assisting GAN’s Technical Support Team in addressing customer inquiries. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in resolving various support tickets, ranging from simple troubleshooting tasks to collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to identify and address complex issues faced by our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our experienced Customer Support Team to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems efficiently.
  • Identify patterns or trends in customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to advocate for customers' needs and provide feedback for continuous product improvement.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (BS/BA) with a strong interest in customer support, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and a determination to find solutions.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues from various departments.
  • Familiarity with web-based services and an eagerness to learn about browser developer tools.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new software or tools used in customer support.
  • You are able to work an average of 20 hours a week. These hours can be flexible in order to accommodate school commitments and class schedules.
