  • Coordinate resources and manage resource loads across projects. Delegate effectively project tasks to relevant employees best positioned to complete them
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Communicating with executives (customer and internal) to keep the project aligned with their goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification
  • 7-10 years of proven experience in project management
  • Leadership qualities, such as motivation techniques and conflict management
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, having the ability to communicate detailed information in a clear summary form to customers

  • Ability to understand and become familiar with the work being done by each team member

You

  • Act with integrity, and when you see wrongdoing, you speak up.
  • Always learn, improve, and approach every day with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Like to take ownership of your work, and when you provide input and feedback, it's constructive, positive, and aimed at productively resolving challenges.
  • Act as an owner (versus delegator) and are perceived as adding value, not work.
  • Communicate with purpose.
  • Highlight critical paths.
  • Have an ability to drive progress without alienating you or the role you serve.
