We are seeking someone who not only understands the transformative power of AI but also leverages it to optimize their own work and drive innovative AI-enabled features for customers. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Executes the product vision and strategy for our Policy Management & Disclosure offering, aligning with the overall company goals and market opportunities.
  • Market & Customer Research: Use AI-driven tools and methodologies for in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify pain points, unmet needs, and emerging trends within the GRC landscape.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap, translating strategic goals into actionable user stories and detailed requirements.
  • Product Development Lifecycle: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches, drive adoption, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key product metrics, analyzing performance data to identify areas for optimization and inform future product decisions.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to maintain a deep understanding of the GRC market.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Product management experience, including the ownership of strategy, roadmap, and delivery, ideally within B2B SaaS or platform-oriented roles.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to work cross-functionally across engineering, design, compliance, and business teams and to be a champion for “AI as a teammate”.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001) and their impact on Third-Party Risk Management product design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to inspire teams and stakeholders to embrace AI as a core part of our product and process.
  • Experience working in or with Ethics, Compliance, GRC, Security, or Legal Tech solutions is a plus.
  • You
    • Act with integrity, and when you see wrongdoing, you speak up.
    • Are curious, open-minded, and result-oriented with a focus on business outcomes and user experience
    • Take ownership of your work and when you provide input and feedback; it's constructive, positive, and aimed at productively resolving challenges.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary that reflects your skills and experience.
  • Flexible working hours and the freedom to work fully remotely.
  • Plenty of opportunities to grow your skills, develop your career, and take on new challenges.
  • A collaborative and supportive team where your ideas are valued and your voice is heard.
  • The chance to be part of something meaningful - helping to build an ethical and compliant business space around the world.
