The Role

As a Product Manager at GoHenry, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations, to drive the successful launch and evolution of our products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and possesses a deep understanding of both customer (Internal & external) needs and market trends.

This role will focus on building and implementing product strategies consistent with the GoHenry vision and customer requirements. The role will analyse feedback from our customers٫ stakeholders and other teams to determine and optimise those requirements٫ features and end products. There will also be collaboration with senior members of Product Management to create product plans and roadmaps.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Work with the wider Product team to Inform the businesses Product Roadmap Strategy.
  • Assist in developing and executing the product strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Alongside the Marketing, research and data teams you will conduct continuous quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Define and prioritise features based on customer feedback, market analysis, and overall business strategy, product vision, goals and priorities.
  • Assisting in the Management of third party integrations

Product Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Work closely with our domains’ engineering teams to ensure a timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement:

  • Work with the wider product team to set performance metrics aligned to company strategy & monitor results ensuring we track progress and measure impact of new products and features.
  • Be a strong customer advocate within the business ensuring improvements are customer centred.
  • Consistently evaluate our capabilities and approach against industry standards.

User Experience and Design:

  • Partner with design teams to create user-friendly and visually appealing product interfaces.
  • Advocate for a customer-centric approach, incorporating user feedback into product design and improvements.

Requirements, skills and experience

  • Previous Product Management experience, in a fintech environment
  • Experience with 3rd party integrations and managing external stakeholders
  • A demonstrable passion for user experience design.
  • A track record of a proven ability to take an idea through design, delivery and optimisation
  • A good technical understanding and or/background.
  • Experience in self-serve data analysis using products such as Mixpanel
