Together, Acorns, PixPay, and GoHenry have over 6 million members across 5 countries. GoHenry offers a debit card and app for kids and teens and companion apps for the family, with in-app tools for sending money, automating allowance, managing chores, setting savings goals, giving to charity, and in-app financial education lessons where kids can watch videos, take quizzes and earn points & badges. This is all designed to help kids and teens build good money habits that will last a lifetime.
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing & Referrals Manager to manage GoHenry’s affiliate and referrals programs in the UK and play a key role in driving subscriber growth at GoHenry.
The role
Reporting to the GoHenry Senior Acquisition Manager, the Affiliate Marketing & Referrals Manager will be responsible for scaling and running our affiliate marketing and refer-a-friend programs.
Our affiliate program is an integral part of the marketing mix and you will play an important role in growing our subscribers efficiently and effectively through working with high-profile partners who can help us build trust and consideration amongst our target audience.
You will own the daily running and growth of our affiliate program with support and leadership from the Senior Acquisition Manager as well as driving improvements to our referral program and platform and executing referral campaigns.
Your responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
Management of day-to-day activities of the affiliate program
Point of contact for all of our affiliates and partners, building and maintaining long-term relationships with our affiliates and partners
Overseeing and distributing all creatives required for affiliate partners to run effective campaigns
Owning the affiliate program roadmap clearly mapping out the plans to improve and expand the program in 2025 and beyond
Planning and execution of impactful affiliate campaigns with key partners
Identifying and onboarding a continuous flow of new affiliate partners to increase volume while maintaining customer quality
Continuing to evolve the commissions structure that incentivises volume and customer value
Generating regular reports on affiliate performance including actionable insights and next actions
Ensuring all activities (new and existing) are compliant with our own policies but also according to regulations set by industry governing bodies
Keeping on top of latest trends in affiliate and partnership marketing
Running and managing the GoHenry Refer-A-Friend program and drive an increase in the proportion of our customer base successfully referring new paying subscribers to us
Working with the Product Team on improving the refer-a-friend platform and program
Working with the CRM team on improving customer experience throughout the referral program as well as executing referral campaigns
Working with the data team to devise a data-driven referrals activity
Developing and executing a suitable referrals incentive structure for relevant customer groups through experimentation
Regular reporting of referrals performance on volume and value
What we’re looking for
This is a crucial role in the organisation and as such we are looking for high calibre candidates. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate that they have;
Expert hands-on experience in running affiliate programs for B2C businesses preferably in financial services or family-oriented services - experience with subscription businesses is a plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to help us secure the best relationships with key partners
Proven track record in initiating and delivering innovative affiliate campaigns to help achieve business goals
Data-driven and analytical
Proficient with Impact Radius or similar platforms
Good technical understanding to be able to work with the Product Team on backend improvements of our referrals program
Team player who can work with multiple teams across the business to deliver affiliate and referrals projects
Good understanding of refer-a-friend schemes and previous experience running referral programs
