The role

GoHenry is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Production Manager to take the lead on all major marketing projects and begin integrating into tech initiatives. This role will oversee the strategic management and execution of complex marketing campaigns while starting to drive cross-functional tech projects. This is a 12 month fixed term contract, maternity cover.

As the Production manager, you will report directly to the Head of Production, playing a key role in shaping project strategies, optimising processes, and ensuring successful outcomes across both creative and technical departments. Alongside this you will work with the Frontend Development team to align on sprint planning in line with campaign launch dates.

What you will do at GoHenry:


Strategic Project Oversight

  • Strategise alongside marketing leads to ensure business aims are met whilst considering team resources and capacity. Lead and manage the production of high-profile marketing projects ensuring they align with strategic priorities and deliver exceptional results.

  • Define and manage project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Integrate into tech projects, collaborating with technical teams to understand project requirements and ensure successful delivery.

Process Optimisation

  • Analyse and streamline production workflows to improve efficiency and productivity, leveraging tools such as Asana and Jira.

  • Be reactive to implementing and monitoring best practices for project management and content creation, and identify opportunities for ever changing process improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Product and Tech to ensure cohesive project execution.

  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments to support project success and resolve any issues that arise.

  • Coordinate with the Frontend Development team to plan Sprints in line with marketing project live dates, as well as supporting in resource allocation.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track project performance metrics and provide comprehensive status reports to senior management and stakeholders. This includes monthly reporting surrounding social accounts, Creative Studios

  • Evaluate project outcomes against key performance indicators, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights and feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communicator: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to present complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders and team members.

  • Technical aptitude: A clear understanding of tech project requirements and experience with relevant project management tools and platforms, including Asana, Jira and others.

  • Team player: Proven ability to work collaboratively with marketing, creative, and tech teams to ensure cohesive project execution and resolve any issues that arise.

  • Adaptable and resourceful: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.

  • Process improvement advocate: A track record of optimising project workflows and implementing best practices that enhance efficiency and drive innovation in project management.

This Production Manager role is designed to expand upon the Project Manager’s responsibilities, incorporating leadership of high-profile marketing projects while starting to engage with tech project management. It focuses on strategic project oversight, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
