Investment Operations Analyst

GoHenry is a UK-based fintech company created by parents to pioneer financial education. More recently, GoHenry moved into Europe and the US by joining forces with French fintech company PixPay and US investing app, Acorns.

Together, Acorns, PixPay, and GoHenry have over 6 million members across 5 countries. GoHenry offers a debit card and app for kids and teens and companion apps for the family, with in-app tools for sending money, automating allowance, managing chores, setting savings goals, giving to charity, and in-app financial education lessons where kids can watch videos, take quizzes and earn points & badges. This is all designed to help kids and teens build good money habits that will last a lifetime.

We are looking for someone to fit into our Investment Ops team. This person should be confident and have worked with an (J)ISA product previously, with an eye for detail, who can work comfortably with internal and external stakeholders. If that’s you, we want to hear from you.

This is a permanent full-time role (37.5 hours a week). We are 100% office-based in our Farnborough office. Once probation has been completed, we can look to support working from home a maximum of 2 days a week.

What you will do at GoHenry:

In this role, you will work closely with our Member Services team and Investment Product Team. You’ll own the day-to-day operations alongside our Banking & Investment Operations manager.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Produce weekly and monthly financial reports for internal stakeholders, tracking platform performance and flagging variances

  • Analyse monthly trading volumes — identifying transactional trends, volume spikes, and shifts in platform usage

  • Reconcile monthly fee revenue, audit platform fee deductions, and investigate discrepancies

  • Compile JISA Transfer Out feedback for monthly review meetings, presenting attrition data and churn reasons to surface product or service improvement opportunities

Process Improvement

  • Review active operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, or compliance gaps (e.g. JISA Voids)

  • Translate operational insights into clear, structured SOPs to drive consistency and scalability across the team

Operations

  • Manage the end-to-end back-office processing of JISA maturities — including fund sales and customer communications

  • Process JISA transfers out to new providers

  • Handle the back-end of the cancellations process, including raising with Seccl, fund sales, and customer communications

  • Perform daily cash management checks on JISA funds, investigating and resolving any discrepancies

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a day-to-day liaison with third-party providers, the Investment Product Team, and Member Services

  • Support the resolution of complex customer cases, including transfers, cancellations, and refunds

  • Investigate and respond to escalated customer queries within agreed SLAs

What you will bring to GoHenry:

  • Experience working with ISA or JISA and mainstream investment products

  • Experience working in a service-level environment that involves multitasking and prioritisation of tasks

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a financial services operational role

  • Confidence and experience in using back-office systems

  • Previous FCA experience or regulatory training

  • Confidence-producing management reporting and analysing financial data

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
