We’re hiring a Creative Production Coordinator to support our creative production team in keeping photoshoots, studio operations, and creative projects running smoothly. Think of this role as the logistical engine behind our creative output—you’ll assist with shoot preparation, manage sample and prop inventory, and help ensure each project (from shoots and campaigns to events and retail activations) comes to life seamlessly.

This is an onsite role at our Denver, CO or New York, NY headquarters and studio, collaborating across creative, marketing, merchandising, and product teams.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in logistics and coordination for photo and video shoots: help prepare call sheets, support on-set operations, manage props, wardrobe, and equipment.
- Maintain incoming/outgoing product samples, props, and creative assets—track, label, organize, and ensure shoot-readiness.
- Support the creative studio’s day-to-day operations—help keep the space organized, inspiring, and functioning efficiently.
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, set designers, models, vendors and other partners—ensuring details are aligned for each production.
- Serve as a primary point of contact across teams (creative, marketing, merchandising, product) to help keep timelines, logistics and deliverables on track.
- Support administrative and process work: help update schedules, documentation, workflows, and status tracking for creative production.
- Jump in wherever needed—whether that’s styling a pillow for a shoot, sourcing props, or updating asset libraries.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in a production, studio, marketing or creative operations role.
- Exceptional organizational skills—you’re comfortable managing multiple tasks and never let the details fall through the cracks.
- Strong communication and collaborative mindset—you keep teams informed, aligned and moving forward.
- Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, project-management tools (e.g., Asana or Airtable) and working in a fast-paced creative environment.
- A “let’s get it done” attitude—ready to dig in and assist across many types of projects.
- Interest in interiors, design, lifestyle content is a strong plus.

Additional Details
- Full-time, exempt role based in Denver, CO or New York, NY; onsite 4–5 days/week.
- Travel will vary based on shoot locations and schedule—expect occasional trips to support on-site production.
- Target salary range: $55,000-$65,000/year (depending on experience).
