Health Recovery Solutions (HRS) is a full-service remote patient monitoring (RPM) and virtual care company. For 14 years, HRS has helped health systems, physician practices, home health agencies, payors, and pharmaceutical companies deliver care to patients wherever they are, combining hardware, software, clinical monitoring services, and logistics in one platform. More than 250 clients across all 50 states and Canada use HRS today, and the platform has monitored over 2 million lives.

Our vision is to transform care delivery and expand access to healthcare through the most clinically effective remote care solutions, in the home and across every care setting. We get there by building solutions that work for patients and clinicians, partnering closely with our clients, investing in a culture of innovation and ownership, and advancing clinical outcomes.

HRS programs support patients across more than 90 diagnoses, from post-surgical recovery to complex chronic disease management. Our clients use HRS to help reduce hospital readmissions, improve care plan adherence and patient satisfaction, and give clinicians care delivery models that lower costs and improve outcomes.

HRS has been recognized every year since 2020, including KLAS (Top 20 Emerging Solution and Top 5 for Improving Outcomes), AVIA 2024 Top RPM Company, the Frost & Sullivan Customer Value Leadership Award, U.S. News, Newsweek's World's Best Digital Health Companies, and TIME's World's Top HealthTech Companies 2026.

About the Role

HRS is adding a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on client growth to our commercial team. With more than 250 provider partners already live on our platform, the biggest opportunity ahead is deepening those relationships: bringing additional service lines, care settings, departments, and patient populations into existing partnerships.

You will work directly with our SVP, Client Growth to strategize account growth, identify whitespace inside current partner organizations, and build the outreach plans that put HRS in front of the right clinical and operational leaders. You will research each account, map its stakeholders, and run multi-threaded outreach that turns a successful initial deployment into a broader, long-term partnership. We are looking for a motivated, curious, results-oriented individual who wants to learn the business of healthcare and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the SVP, Client Growth to build account growth strategies across our 250+ provider partners, prioritizing accounts by expansion potential, clinical fit, and timing.
  • Research existing partner organizations to identify whitespace, including new service lines, care settings, departments, facilities, and patient populations where HRS Remote Patient Monitoring and telehealth solutions could extend impact.
  • Map stakeholders inside each account and identify who to engage beyond our current champions.
  • Build and execute account-specific outreach plans through personalized emails, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach that connect HRS outcomes in one part of a health system to the needs of another.
  • Understand and articulate the value of HRS's solutions to clinical and executive audiences, using results from existing deployments to support expansion conversations.
  • Generate qualified expansion opportunities and schedule meetings and demos for the SVP, Client Growth.
  • Use Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo, Nooks, and Claude to research accounts, build contact lists, run outreach, and track activity and pipeline accurately.
  • Maintain consistent outbound activity through high-volume calls and emails while staying flexible, organized, and responsive to shifting priorities and monthly meeting and pipeline quotas.
  • Follow up promptly on leads from conferences and webinars and on inbound interest from existing partner organizations.
  • Attend industry conferences to connect with current partners and identify new opportunities, representing HRS's mission and solutions.

Requirements and Preferred Experience

  • 1-2 years in business development, account development, or a related role, ideally within healthcare technology or SaaS.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, and experience with sales engagement and prospecting platforms such as Salesloft, Apollo, or Nooks to manage outreach and engagement.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude to speed up account research, personalize outreach, and organize insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt messaging for clinical and executive audiences.
  • Competitive and self-motivated, with a passion for making an impact in healthcare through innovative solutions.
  • Able to navigate evolving market trends and adjust strategies to meet changing priorities.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to work closely with the SVP, Client Growth, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Committed to gaining a deep understanding of HRS's solutions and value proposition for patients and healthcare providers.
