Who We're Looking For:

K1X is looking for a Client Success Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and leading with a conviction for client advocacy and problem-solving.

This individual will join our Client Success team and work closely with Product and Tech Support teams to drive customer adoption and strengthen client relationships.

We’re looking for a motivated team member who is an excellent communicator, possesses technical aptitude with data and software, and project management skills, and can be successful in a dynamic start-up environment. A background in Tax Accounting is strongly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop an extensive knowledge of the K1X solutions
  • Build understanding of K1X’s client’s business lifecycle
  • Become a client advocate to drive client engagement and product adoption through data driven insights of product usage and engagement.
  • Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success through client meetings
  • Aid customer support in advocating for client concerns and be ready to intervene when necessary
  • Execute a proactive client engagement strategy based on defined client business needs
  • Manage interactions in a CRM/Ticketing software to ensure data integrity and sales process flow
  • Contribute to internal K1x projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Education and or/professional experience with Tax Accounting
  • Proven ability to master new technology quickly, and effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms.
  • Experience with data manipulation and generating insights from data
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Asana, Zendesk, Pendo and PowerBi preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills to work effectively with different personalities and across job functions
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • 3-5 years of Client Success Management experience in a SaaS environment
