About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who can own the full hiring lifecycle - from posting roles through offer. This person will be the primary recruiting partner for US-based hiring managers, filling Senior and Director-level roles across the company. You'll manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and all the administrative work that keeps a pipeline moving.

This is not a coordination role - we need someone who can independently drive searches, build candidate pipelines, and close hires with minimal hand-holding. This is a full-time contractual position with the potential to move to a permanent role depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening calls, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close
- Post job openings across relevant platforms and set up automations and processes to keep pipelines efficient
- Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools — not just post and wait
- Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate outreach, screening efficiency, and recruiting operations
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, keeping pipelines organized and moving
- Conduct all screening calls and serve as the primary candidate point of contact throughout the process
- Partner directly with US hiring managers to align on role requirements, calibrate on candidates, and provide regular pipeline updates
- Handle all scheduling, interview logistics, and administrative tasks involved in the hiring process
- Track and report on pipeline metrics (volume, conversion rates, time-to-fill) to keep stakeholders informed
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Workable)
- Build and improve recruiting automations and workflows to reduce manual work and increase speed
Work Environment
Type: Full-time contractual, remote (Philippines-based), with potential to convert to permanent
Schedule: Flexible working hours; must have significant overlap with US business hours for hiring manager syncs, screening calls, and candidate communication
Collaboration: Works directly with US hiring managers; communicates via Slack, Google Meet, and email
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record hiring US-based candidates for Senior and Director-level roles
- Strong sourcing skills — experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a recruiting context (sourcing, outreach, screening, workflow automation)
- Self-motivated and proactive — you chase candidates, not the other way around
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal — you'll be the face of our company to senior candidates and will work directly with US hiring managers
- Experience managing multiple searches at once without dropping balls
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate experience matter
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for Engineering roles
- Experience using Workable ATS
- Experience using Rippling or a similar HRIS
- Experience building recruiting automations and process improvements in an ATS
- Background working remotely with US-based teams across time zones

- Salary Range: PHP 69,500 – PHP 88,500/month, depending on experience, plus incentives
